|I’m so unhappy…|
Have you ever said that out loud?
Have you been having that thought more than you used to?
I heard those 3 words recently.
“I’m so unhappy.”
I’m so sorry you feel that way right now.
It’s not easy.
Whatever you’re thinking about, whatever is happening.
It’s not easy.
I’m not going to call you a hero or a champ or tell you it’ll be ok because I don’t know if you’re any of those and if it will be ok.
You don’t need a pat on the back right now.
You need answers.
It’s not going to resolve on its own (even though you secretly hope it would, right?)
The truth is, if it does resolve on its own, you will have lost the opportunity.
The opportunity that Coca-Cola noticed when everyone else was in the middle of a depression.
The opportunity the KFC founder took when everyone told him he was way too old.
The opportunity Ray Kroc jumped on when no one else noticed the gold mine right in front of him when he was at the end of his rope (and marriage).
I’m not trying to hype you up or tell you to keep going when you feel the pain you’re feeling.
But WHAT IF we were able to find out what’s going on and WHAT TO DO NEXT?
If you’ve said those words, “I’m so unhappy” I’ll tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
This link Why do I feel so unhappy? brings you to a form to tell me what’s going on so I can see if I can help.
Here’s the link: Why do I feel so unhappy?
P.S. You already have the answers, that’s why a life coach and a therapist have nothing to do with the next steps. Here’s the link again and my goal is to help you access and take action on the answers you already have. Here it is: Why do I feel so unhappy?
